Housing / retirement options for seniors are limited. This project aimed to create a new housing model for active seniors who wish to be part of an intentional community within the Buffalo city limits. The fragmentation of Buffalo’s east side neighborhoods was used as an opportunity to create a multi-lot low density infill intervention.
