Online Continuing Education
Our courses provide the foundation you need to recognize, understand, appreciate, apply, and advocate for universal design in your home, office, and community.
How it Works
Our courses are built for architects, planners, builders, contractors,
advocates, occupational and physical therapists, policy makers, and
anyone interested in the universal design of places, products, and
systems. We offer three course formats to match your preferred learning style:
Includes videos (with transcripts), readings, discussion topics, projects, and tests. Courses require purchase of a book (sold separately).
Includes a video and test. Courses do not require purchase a book.
Provides access to a test only. Courses require purchase a book (sold separately).
Students get 4-weeks to access and complete a course, starting on the specified date. There are no live sessions. Students who pass the course during that time get a printable certificate of completion. Most courses offer American Institute of Architects continuing education credit. See course catalog for start dates, LU/CEU hours, and associated book (if any).
